General Guest Policy
Primary guest must be above 18 years of age.
Standard check-in time is 12 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
Extension of booking is subject to inventory availability.
Check-in requires a valid government ID.
Full payment must be made on or before check-in; advance booking requires 30%-50% payment.
Check-In Policy & Code of Conduct
Local ID check-in is not allowed; the hotel may deny such bookings.
Tripli Hotels may deny check-in without valid government ID or if minors are unaccompanied.
Triple occupancy bookings receive an extra mattress, not a bed, which may be charged extra.
Visitors are allowed only in common areas and not overnight; visitors must present a valid ID.
The hotel may refuse service if booking amount is unpaid or house rules are violated.
Guests will be charged for any property damage.
Alcohol, Smoking & Drugs
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
Illegal drugs are not allowed.
Drinking is not permitted in common areas; causing disturbance after drinking may result in forced check-out.
